Step Two

Applicant shall notify the Community Development & Risk Department when stakes/pins have been placed to denote structure boundaries so that an inspection may be performed. Inspector will verify:
1) Structure outside of required front yard setback
2) Structure outside required rear yard setback
3) Structure outside required side yard setbacks
4) Structure Size ( feet x feet)
Applicant shall also contact Greene County Building Regulations (667 Dayton-Xenia Rd. or 937-562-7420) to schedule required County inspections.

If unable to provide a digital copy of the plot plan, please instead attach a document that explains that the plot plan will be mailed to the zoning office along with the permit fee.

I hereby certify that if I am not the property owner, that I am authorized by the property owner to grant consent to the Township Zoning Inspection Officer to perform an inspection of the subject property, and any buildings or structures to be constructed thereon, for which this permit is issued. I hereby acknowledge that I understand that if the construction or use described in the zoning permit has not begun within six (6) months from the date of issuance, said zoning permit shall become null and void.

Applicant acknowledges that any improvement within a recorded easement maybe removed by an easement holder in order to access the easement. The easement holder is not responsible for reimbursement to the property owner for damages resulting from maintenance or other activities within the easement.
