Meetings
All monthly meetings are pre-scheduled. In most cases, meetings are open to the general public. Past meetings may be downloaded from the Past Meetings section. Meetings are held at the Beavercreek Township Fire Department's meeting room. The address is:

Meetings are generally held according to the following schedule:

Trustees Meeting: Held every other Monday at 2:00 PM
Zoning Commission: Held every first Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM
Board of Zoning Appeals: Held every third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM
Park Board: Held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 PM.

Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 provides that certain records maintained by Beavercreek Township must be available for inspection and upon request, be copied by the Township. In order to ensure that your request for the review and duplication of public records is processed accurately and promptly, please fill out the attached PDF document and return it, in person, to Beavercreek Township Administration.

2012 EMS Billing Service Request for Proposals

Beavercreek Township is accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide ambulance billing services in accordance with the specifications. See the attachments below for a copy of the RFP (2012 EMS Billing Management RFP.pdf). You may also go to Beavercreek Township Fire Administration at 851 Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, OH 45434 to obtain a copy.

Prospective contractors who download RFPs are required to register their intent to submit a proposal(s) via email to Deputy Chief John Mercs at jmercs@beavercreektownship.org. Notices of intent should include company name, physical and mailing address, including email, and point of contact. Proposals from companies or individuals that have not registered their intent to participate in the RFP will not be considered for award.

Proposals must be sealed and accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank, money order, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). Sealed proposals will be received by the Fire Administration, located at 851 Orchard Lane until 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Bid opening will be Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 10:00 am at the same location.
