Meeting Schedule

The Calendar of Events page provides information on upcoming activities, meetings, and executive sessions currently scheduled for each calendar month.

Meetings All monthly meetings are pre-scheduled. In most cases, meetings are open to the general public. Past meetings may be downloaded from the Past Meetings section. Meetings are held at the Beavercreek Township Fire Department's meeting room.

Meetings are generally held according to the following schedule:

Trustees Meeting: Held the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 1:00 PM

Zoning Commission: Held every first Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM

Board of Zoning Appeals: Held every third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM

Park Board: Held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 PM.

In order to ensure that your request for the review and duplication of public records is processed accurately and promptly, please fill out the attached PDF document and return it to Beavercreek Township Administration. A printed version of the document may be picked up in person.
