Meetings All monthly meetings are pre-scheduled. In most cases, meetings are open to the general public. Past meetings may be downloaded from the Past Meetings section. Meetings are held at the Beavercreek Township Fire Department's meeting room.

Meetings are generally held according to the following schedule:
Trustees Meeting: Held every other Monday at 1:00 PM See Meeting Schedule Below
Zoning Commission: Held every first Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM
Board of Zoning Appeals: Held every third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM
Park Board: Held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 PM.
