The Calendar of Events page lists upcoming activities, meetings, and executive sessions currently scheduled for each calendar month. Please use the links to the left to select a month for review.

All monthly meetings are pre-scheduled. In most cases, meetings are open to the general public. Past meetings may be downloaded from the Downloads section. A 2007 Meeting Schedule PDF Flyer is available for download here.

Meetings are held at either Beavercreek Township's meeting hall, or Beavercreek Township Fire Department's meeting room. Addresses are as follows:
