PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Beavercreek Township Trustees
The Beavercreek Township Board of Trustees have scheduled a public hearing for the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, to coincide with the regularly scheduled Zoning Commission meeting, on Thursday, March 1, 2012, to begin at 7:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter, at the Fire Administration building located at 851 Orchard Lane.
The purpose of the hearing is for the Trustees to review and act on the recommendation made by the Zoning Commission to adopt the Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
A draft of the plan may be reviewed at the Beavercreek Township Offices, M–F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or on the Township website under Latest News. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinions.

UPDATE - Zoning Boards are at Full Capacity!
Many thanks to those citizens of the unincorporated portion of the Township who stepped up to fill the vacancies on the Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Both boards are now at full capacity with five permanent board members and two alternates. However, if you are interested in serving your community and would like to submit an application for future board openings, contact the Zoning Office at (937) 306-0065 for an application, or view online.
