Meeting Schedule

The Calendar of Events page provides information on upcoming activities, meetings, and executive sessions currently scheduled for each calendar month.

Meetings
All monthly meetings are pre-scheduled. In most cases, meetings are open to the general public. Past meetings may be downloaded from the Past Meetings section. Meetings are held at the Beavercreek Township Fire Department's meeting room. The address is:

Meetings are generally held according to the following schedule:

Trustees Meeting: Held every other Monday at 2:00 PM
Zoning Commission: Held every first Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM
Board of Zoning Appeals: Held every third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM
Park Board: Held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 PM.
