PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES
The Beavercreek Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing in the Community Room, lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the hearing is so the Board may review and act on an application from G.A. White Development Co. LLC for approval of a Specific Site Plan Application for a new residential subdivision. The proposed subdivision, to include 82 residential parcels for single-family dwellings, is located on a 45.888-acre parcel within the Stonehill Village Master Planned Community, on the east side of Trebein Road, just north of the intersection with Ankeney Rd. in Beavercreek Township. The parcel is zoned as a Residential Planned Unit Development (PUD-R). The Greene County Parcel I.D. number is B03000200430001600. The Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission recommended approval of the application, with certain conditions, at their duly constituted Public Hearing, held on October 05, 2017. The Board of Trustees will approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application. A decision on a Specific Site Plan is an Administrative Action.
