Career
Michele Grogean is a 1997 graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. She has been the Office Manager in the Fire Department Administrative Office for the Beavercreek Township Fire Department since July 2006. Michele assists the Fire Chief and his staff, along with the fire stations, with any administrative needs.
Responsibilities
Her responsibilities include:
- Ordering office supplies or other important department orders
- Scheduling the training rooms for seminars, meetings, and department training
- Managing the fire department intranet site, both the Township and Fire Department websites and all social media sites
- Writing articles for the newspapers and newsletters
- Payroll
- Accounts Payables
- Manage personnel information in the database
- Many other administrative duties
